Where will my order ship from?
All Best Aprons orders will ship from one of our four warehouses in the USA. We always try to ship from the closest warehouse to your delivery address.But due to inventory levels changing daily we may have to ship from a warehouse on the opposite coast. In rare cases we may have to split-ship your order from 2 or more of our warehouses to fulfill your order. Don't worry, we base all of the shipping charges on only one shipment from the nearest warehouse. We will absorb the extra shipping cost.
How much is shipping?
we use a state of the art real time shipping calculator. The price is based on your ship-to zip code and the total weight of the items in your shopping cart at check out. Please note that it may cost the same to ship one apron as it would to ship 4 or 5 aprons so please group your orders together.Please note if you pick the free shipping option your order may take 2 extra days to ship, so if you need it faster please upgrade your shipping at check out
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, some may ship the same day. ( Monday to Friday) Some orders of $80 or less may take 2 extra days to ship. If you need your order faster please upgrade your shipping at check out.
What if I need my order FAST?
All customers have the option at check out to upgrade the shipping method to UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Next-Day Air.Please note that most orders may still take 24 hours to process ( Mon to Fri ),
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes Bestaprons.com can ship to every address in Canada.
What service will you use to ship my order to Canada ?
BestAprons.com ships all Canada orders by UPS Standard Shipping so that your order will clear Canadian Customs quickly and without any trouble or delays. All Canada shipments are shipped " duties and taxes unpaid" Please be advised you may be responsible for the payments of duties and taxes assessed by Canadian Customs upon the receipt of your package. Please check with your local customs office for more information about current duty and tax rates.
Shipping options for all orders to Canada:
All order are shipped by UPS Standard Canada shipping. Express shipping is not available on Canada orders. Sorry UPS can not ship to a PO BOX. You can use the PO BOX address for your credit card billing address, but your ship to address must be a Business or Residence that UPS can deliver to.
How long will it take for me to receive my order in Canada?
Most Canada orders ship within 24- 48 hours of the order being placed on line, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped it will take 4-6 days to Eastern Canada and 5-8 days to Western Canada.

At Bestaprons.com, Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority. We are happy to replace or exchange any unused item for size, color or style within 60 days of your original purchase date. In the case of an exchange, simply go back on our site and place a new order for the correct item(s) you want. Then ship the unwanted items back to us as a return (see below) within 60 days of your original purchase date. If you are exchanging your item(s) for a different color, size, style, etc.., you WILL NOT be charged a restocking fee on your returned items.

Please return your item(s) using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FEDEX, or USPS (post office). Keep a record of this tracking number for the box you are sending back. We may ask you for it to help us locate your returned item(s) in our warehouse.
**** All returns must include the original packaging and tagging ( bags, attached tags, labels, decorative boxes, etc....) in resalable condition. We will not accept returns if item(s) are not in their original, 100% resalable condition. Such as items that have been altered, customized, worn, laundered, are missing tags, smells like smoke, smells of pets or has pet hair on them, are soiled or have been generally mistreated. If your returned items show any signs of the above, you will be notified by email that the item(s) will be returned to you (at your expense) and no refund will be issued.Please note if you picked the free shipping option at check out and you return part or all of your order, the original ground shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.

Yes, so long as the order has not been processed yet. When you need to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible!! Please note some orders are processed in a few hours and others in 24-48 hours, this depends on the shipping method and inventory levels.
Can I add on or change my order?
Once the order is placed we can not add to the order. If the order was not processed we can cancel the whole order and you can reorder.
Do you do Drop Shipments?
Yes, you can drop ship to any address in the USA or Canada...You will have this option in the checkout process.
What forms of payment do you accept.
Bestaprons.com accepts PayPal and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and you may also prepay with a check in advance.
Do you accept Purchase Orders.
We accept Pre-Approved Purchase orders for orders of $5000.00 or above from School Districts and Government Agencies..
How do I place a order online?
You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Add items to your shopping cart and when ready click the Checkout button. This will walk you though step up step to finalize your order. you will get a email confirmation when finished.
Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can chose to check out as a guest and not register. If you check out as guest you will not be able to check on your order status or order history.
